We need a minimum notice of 48 hours to schedule any services.

Clients are responsible to contact their local cities and/or townships to inquire about private dumpsters.

If private dumpsters are allowed, clients are responsible to let PureSpace know where to place boxes. (i.e. driveways or street).

All agreements must be signed 24 hours in advance.

All PureSpace Service fees are calculated by square feet of property and the density of junk.

This is why we need photos of the property to price out our services.

There are additional fees for every garage and basement.

If additional boxes are required for your property, there will be extra fees added to cover the cost of the dumpsters and labor.

Please note that this may affect our ability to finish in the designated time frame.
